While the photographs online are enticing, they do not adequately represent this hidden gem. The welcoming staff, particularly Sharon, provided commendable assistance throughout our stay. The secure parking and luggage handling offered a seamless arrival experience. The room, though slightly compact, was well-appointed, with crisp linens and essential amenities such as air conditioning and complimentary toiletries. The limitations in breakfast options were noted, yet overall service was adequate. For travelers prioritizing balance between cost and comfort, Milner House presents a sound choice. With its charming atmosphere and responsive management, I will certainly keep it on my list for future trips to Kimberley.
